Pacific Cocktail Haven is looking to add a full-time bartender to our team. While we take pride in our cocktails, what truly matters to us is building strong relationships with our guests and creating memorable experiences for them.
To be considered for this role, we require a minimum of five years of experience in both bartending and serving. Our bartenders typically start as floor servers for the initial year. This allows them to become fully acquainted with our service style and guest interactions. Following comprehensive training and a successful evaluation, individuals will then transition into bartending roles.
We need someone with a flexible schedule who is available to work various shifts. This role also requires the physical ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds, as you may be handling items such as kegs, cases of liquor, and CO2 tanks.
