Cleans kitchen and break room daily by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, wiping down all counter surfaces, appliances, and sinks, dust walls, light fixtures, appliances, and pigeon hole tops, refill all liquid soaps, restock all paper products, wipe down cabinetry, tables and chairs utilizing appropriate common industry tools and cleaning products to maintain a clean and safe building and ensure cleaning and bio-security standards are met.
Cleans public and employee restrooms daily by utilizing common industry tools and cleaning products to disinfect and cleanse floors, fixtures, walls, toilets, sinks, counter-tops, and showers, restock all paper products, and refill liquid soaps in order to maintain clean and functional restrooms and to ensure cleaning and bio-security standards are met.
Inventories and prepares a list of supplies, products, tools, and equipment to be ordered or reordered in order to maintain adequate levels of appropriate items to ensure a clean and safe building, reports all inventories and supply needs to the OSSI in advance of anticipated needs in order to meet deadlines for purchasing.
While performing daily duties, assesses any potential building repairs to supervisor, including but not limited to, broken restroom fixtures or dispensers, extinguished lighting, inoperable or malfunctioning doors, windows, broken locks, etc. in order to maintain a clean and safe building.
