We're seeking a reliable and self-motivated Janitor to join our team. This role involves maintaining clean and orderly grounds, hallways, and common areasincluding the community room, laundry facilities, and restrooms. The position also includes outdoor work, so the candidate must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Position Details: Property/Address: 330 Newtown Apartments - 330 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40508. Job Type: Full-time (40 hours a week). Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more). Qualifications/ Requirements: No experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work outdoors. Positive attitude and good customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong work ethic.
