Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturingpany in Rochester, NH to bring on a temporary General Maintenance technician. This position will be a temporary position and has immediate needs!
Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday
Position: General Maintenance
Pay: $18-$22 an hour depending on experience
We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the installation, repair, and general maintenance of facility systems and equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all essential infrastructure. This role involves a variety of tasks, from preventative maintenance to emergency repairs, with a strong focus on keeping all systems in top working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Assembly: Install and assemble various facility systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment. Ensure all installations arepleted to specifications and operating correctly.
General Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair broken or malfunctioning equipment and systems across the facility, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on all systems and equipment, identifying potential issues early and ensuring long-term functionality.
Emergency Response: Respond to urgent maintenance needs, including equipment breakdowns or system failures, ensuring minimal downtime and fast resolution.
System Optimization: Ensure all systems are running at peak performance, making adjustments or rmending upgrades w necessary to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of failures.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain adnce to safety standards and industry regulations in all maintenance activities. Ensure work ispleted in accordance with relevant codes and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or large facility environment.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency repairs quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatorypliance in a maintenance environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
