The ITEC will beresponsible for conducting regular inventories and overseeing the properhandling and tracking of all equipment in addition to other duties as assignedResponsibilities:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assigned IT equipment usingthe DPAS and ServiceNow platforms* Maintain excellent communication with all business stakeholders, toinclude Government Client, Internal Corporate Partners andCurrent/Potential Business Partners.* Receive shipments and identify them in accordance with purchase orders* Learn the procurement processes within Aleut to include Costpoint and AleutConnect* Conduct inventory and pickups from Military Property Locations (BECO)* Conduct deliveries to each location when required* Purchase equipment using Company Purchasing Card* Conduct regular inventory checks, including monthly checks of a randomlyselected 10% of assigned IT equipment, a full annual physical inventory,and unscheduled on-the-spot checks* Ensure compliance with all government regulatory standards, includingthose outlined in DAFMAN and other applicable DoD procedures, by maintainingcomprehensive documentation and submitting required report* Complete Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Entrance Exit Letter(EEL) paperwork as required to support network security requirements andasset disposal* Coordinate with the configuration management team to ensure accuratereporting of location and warranty status data for all assigned ConfigurationItems (CI) assets.* Coordinate with the management team to align inventory practices withorganizational goals* Oversee the tagging and logging of new equipment with appropriate propertytags.* Accurately document and report all equipment transfers, losses, anddisposals.* Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure the secure storage andmovement of equipment* Provide guidance and training to team members on proper inventory practicesand regulatory compliance* Adhere to all applicable safety regulations and procedures regarding thehandling and movement of IT equipmentRequirements:* Must possess a current TS//SCI.* Degree in information technology, or logistics; experience in lieu ofdegree will be considered.* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or equipmentcustodianship, preferably in a government or DoD environment.* Strong understanding of government regulatory standards related to ITequipment management.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.* Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.* Experience with inventory management software.* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within ateam environment.* Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple taskssimultaneously in a high-pressure environment.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability tointeract effectively with diverse personnel, including government,military, and contractor staff.Preferred:* Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.* Military or government experienceLocations: This position will be expected to perform duties at any customerfacilities within Colorado Springs.Rate: $85K-$110KClosing Date: We will be accepting applications for this position until 19May 2024 at 4:59 pm EST.Benefits:Aleut offers the following benefits to eligible employees:* Health insurance* Dental/Vision Insurance* Paid Time Off* Short- and Long-Term Disability* Life insuran e* 401k, and matchAleut Federal, LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to allemployees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color,religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexualorientation, gender identity, or genetics.
