Your role will be critical in managing appointments, maintaining the schedule, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. In addition, experience with medical billing and social media management will be a plus.**Key Responsibilities:**- *Greeting Clients:* Welcome clients with a positive and professional attitude, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere.- *Managing Appointments:* Answer phone calls and respond to online booking requests, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments.
