Wait staff

Prepare tables, silverware and glasses, and maintain tidy areas. Greet and escort customers to their tables and present menus. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, or order slips. Check customers IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages, Prepare & Deliver alcohol, prepare salads. Serve food and drink orders. Deliver checks and collect bill payments. Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning. Determine daily specials, changes on the menu and new reservations. Ensure all Side work done.
