(Training available).Position: Front Desk Clerk (Weekend Shift: Saturdays and Sundays, 3 PM - 11 PM)Workplace: Drug-Free Environment Overview:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. This position also requires assisting with hotel laundry duties. Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival, offering helpful information about the hotel's amenities and services Check guests in, process payments, and manage reservations Respond to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally Assist guests with requests or concerns during their stay to ensure satisfaction Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked Manage laundry room operations including operating washers and dryers, washing, folding, drying, and stocking all inventory. Ensuring completion for Housekeeping staffs arrival.
