Custodian/Housekeeper

These duties include but are not limited to cleaning bathrooms, sweeping/mopping of floors, washing windows as well as emptying and replacing trash liners daily. Adequate bathroom supplies provided to bathroom areas as needed. Ensuring all area of facility are cleaned and dusted at least weekly and more often as needed.- Orders, receives and maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies within budgetary guidelines.- Observes cleaning needs and make corrections or performs tasks without further directions or orders from supervisor.- Stores janitorial supplies in a safe, orderly manner.- Maintains all cleaning equipment in good working order.- Ability to estimate costs for maintenance projects, get bids as directed, and complete tasks within budgetary guidelines.- Adheres to the policy and practice concerning issues of creation, editing, transmission, storage and disposition of all Protected Health Information (PHI) of Woodward Academy.- Commit to the sanctuary model; non-violence, emotional intelligence, social learning, democracy, open communication, social responsibility, growth and change- Abide by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 USC & 201 et seq.)- All other duties as assigned
