Culvers of West Carrolton is looking for full time and part time Crew Members to join the team (front and back of the house).Shifts available-First-Second-School Hours-WeekendsEssential Functions Provide friendly guest service and hospitality. Addresses guest comments promptly with a courteous positive and empathetic attitude. Prepares quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times. Team player with a can-do attitude. Act with integrity and honesty. Always follow company safety standards and look out for the safety of other team members and guests. Reports to each shift on time and in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. Maintains a neat, well-groomed appearance including personal hygiene, hair restraint and jewelry restrictions. Follow established restaurant practices and procedures. Perform primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately.
