All employees are required to practice customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.- **Change all dirty bed linens**- **Replace used towels**- **Sweep/Mop/vacuum**- **Dusting**- **Replenish amenities offered in rooms/lobby**- **Freshen stayover rooms**- **Ensure that all assigned rooms are clean and ready to be checked into**- **Stock housekeeping cart at beginning/end of shift**- **Inspect rooms visually for any maintenance issues that need to be reported**- **Bring down dirty linen/towels**- **Assist coworkers with their rooms**- **Follow all SOP and Policies that are in place**- **Follow all safety and security measures that are in place**- **Occasional laundry**- **Stock storage areas when needed**- **Comply with all reasonable requests made by management**Qualifications:- **Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required**- **Must be available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends**- **Must have great customer service skills - all of our positions come into contact with guests!**What to Expect- **Be part of a cohesive team with opportunities to build a successful career.**- **Have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work.**- **Derive a sense of pride in work well done.**- **Be recognized for excellence.**
