The Customer Service Associate is responsible to greet, wait on and provide service to customers in a polite and efficient manner. Fill customer orders and suggest complementary items to fill in-person and phone orders. This position requires the ability to listen and appropriately respond to customer's desires, comments, criticism, and complements. **Qualifications: **Must have excellent communication skills, including active listening skills. Must be service-oriented and attuned to the needs of both internal and external customers. Must be able to resolve customer grievances. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to bend to stock freezers, coolers and shelves. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
