Collegiate Hotel Group , is seeking a Night Auditor to join Graduate by Hilton Tempe and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts .
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audits the daily guestledger
- Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
- Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
- Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
- Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
- Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
- Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
- Monitors hotel security camerasystem
- Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
- Driving hotel shuttle to assigned locations for guest pick-up and drop-off
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Any o ther duties asassigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
- Knowledge of PMS
- High School Diploma/GED

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and inwriting
- Teamplayer
- Ability to exceed expectations ofguests
- Basic accounting/math skills
