Bartender Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the art of mixology and a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences through innovative drink preparation and food pairings.

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, explaining menu offerings, and taking food and beverage orders with professionalism and a positive attitude. Your role will be essential in providing a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities include :

• Greet guests, answer guests questions, and recommend food pairings.

• Ability to mix drinks and experiment.

• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or Hotel functions and services.

• Plan and develop drink menus .

• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system.

• Maintain a presentable food display and making necessary additions/ changes to food.

• Handle cash, credit, and debit cards transactions, ensuring accurate charge and cash drawer is balanced.

• Maintain a clean work area, removing trash, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.

• Adhere to the federal and state age limits as well as safety and procedures of the hotel.

• Limited kitchen and food preparation is expected.

• Basic computer skills.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of and adhere to all alcohol related law.
• Must obtain or possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol.

• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to follow instructions.
