Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Server's Assistants to join our esteemed hospitality team. Server's Assistants at Little Maven provide essential support to our servers and bartenders, facilitating seamless service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and upscale dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers and bartenders with all aspects of service, including table setup, food and beverage delivery, and table maintenance.
• Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, glassware, and linens before guests arrive, and replenish supplies as needed during service.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently, following service standards and presentation guidelines.
• Clear tables and reset for the next course, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment for guests.
• Support bartenders with glassware polishing, restocking bar supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Assist with running food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, coordinating with the expediting team to ensure accuracy and timing.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to communicate guest requests and special instructions effectively.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service, responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, including clearing debris, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Uphold club policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and guest service at all times.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a support role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Compensation: Hourly ($10.65 - $12.00) plus tips
