Dishwasher / Busser / Night Cleaner (Evenings & Weekends)

Were a small, hospitality-focused wine bar in Brooklyn serving wine and light bites. Were looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to support our nightly operations. This role combines dishwashing, bussing, and end-of-night cleaning to help keep service smooth and the space guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, plateware, and small cookware throughout service

Bus and reset tables as needed during the shift

Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas during the night

Handle closing duties: mopping floors, taking out trash, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies

Ensure the bar is clean and fully reset for the next day

Who You Are:

Dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift

Evening and weekend availability is required

Experience in dishwashing, cleaning, or back-of-house support is a plus but not required

Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience
