A Brief Overview

Accountable for greeting and providing helpful direction to internal and external customers, including patients and families.

What you will do

  • Highly visible as the person responsible for greeting patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups.
  • Serves as an information resource and is the navigator for patients, families, staff, and the community.
  • Promotes services within the facility and/or department, collaborating with the appropriate departments to ensure that information is current and up to date.
  • Provides technology support by assisting with technology needs, room scheduling, equipment needs, room set-up and tear down as needed.
  • Seeks to identify trends of inquiry and make recommendations regarding gaps of service and ideas for process improvement.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in health care, program administration, hospitality or customer service industry

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's
