What You'll Be Doing:
Keep our grounds clean, our flowers happy, and our walkways clear
Snow removal when needed (we don't like it either but it must be done). Overtime potential!
Help create a clean, inviting environment for our residents
Team up with maintenance as needed with turning units and moving appliances
Maintaining high end curb appeal year round

Were Looking for Someone Who:
Enjoys working outdoors in all kinds of weather
Knows their way around lawn care tools (or wants to learn!)
Takes pride in making things look great
Has an eye for detail
Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Shows up on time and brings a good attitude
