Responsibilities: Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude. Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings. Handle client check-ins and check-outs. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Provide excellent customer service and support to staff.
Requirements: Bilingual in Vietnamese & English Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using booking software (we can train the right candidate). Must be punctual, reliable, and friendly.
