### **Position Details:**

#### **1. Janitor / Cleaner**
**Responsibilities:**
Perform daily cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning windows, etc.).
Handle deep cleaning and floor care (stripping, waxing, carpet extraction, buffing).
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a spotless, hygienic environment.

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

#### **2. Handyman / Maintenance Technician**
**Responsibilities:**
Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.).
Conduct routine building maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assist with light construction, furniture assembly, and equipment upkeep.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Skilled in multiple trades with problem-solving ability.
- Basic tools and reliable transportation required.

#### **3. Landscaper / Groundskeeper**
**Responsibilities:**
Maintain outdoor spaces (mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weeding).
Operate landscaping equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers).
Handle irrigation system checks and seasonal cleanups.
Ensure properties are clean, manicured, and debris-free.
