Prep Cook (Part-Time)

**Wednesday: 6:30 AM 4:00 PM

**Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 AM 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
Were hiring a reliable Prep Cook and Dishwasher to join our growing team. This part-time position involves preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean kitchen, and assisting the chef team during production days. You must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
Prep vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients according to recipes and specifications

Wash dishes, sanitize kitchen tools, and maintain general cleanliness

Assist with kitchen organization and labeling

Support other team members with tasks as needed

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently

Requirements:
Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required

Valid food handlers card and non-slip shoes

Must be punctual and dependable

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic

What We Offer:
Starting pay: $21/hour

Weekly, consistent hours

Part-time position with room to grow and hours to increase.
