We are currently searching for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. In this role, you will serve as our guests' first point of contact, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional stay from arrival to departure.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with the check-in and check-out processes
- Providing information about our resort and local attractions
- Managing reservations and inquiries in person and via phone
- Promptly addressing and resolving guest concerns and requests
- Working with other team members to uphold a high standard of service
- Supporting Camp Store sales and managing inventory
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service within a hospitality environment
- Competence in front desk operations and guest services
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Capability to work outdoors in the heat and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Multilingual skills and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
