Floodwater is an upscale bar-driven restaurant with an emphasis on a high energy, social forward, metropolitan, sophisticated atmosphere. Floodwater offers Patio, Dining Room, Bar and Lounge seating with a large floor plan and high ceilings allowing us to create a very safe and comfortable workspace. We are looking for industry professionals to join our teamcurrent openings for Bartenders.

Ideal candidates will have two years experience in their profession, flexible availability to accommodate days, evenings, and weekends, and are passionate in their craft of providing excellent hospitality.

BARTENDER SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome.
Guide guests through all phases of their experience.
Exhibit proper knowledge, service techniques, and delivery of Food and Beverage
offerings.
Oversee bar maintenance and coordinate service at the bar with fellow team members.
Work with a sense of urgency to provide anticipatory service that anticipates the guests needs
and appreciates the fine details of service.
Communicate with management and all other service staff regarding all customer needs
comments or incidents.

PAY SCALE: Hourly Non-Exempt $16.50 plus tips.
