Job Details Exciting opportunity for a driven Pasta Cook/Line cook eager to learn and grow with a company. CENTO was started from Chef Avner's desire to share his experiences with the people around him through cooking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our restaurant's high standards
  • Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Assists with receipt of deliveries.
  • Ensures smooth operation of pasta station
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
  • Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules.
  • Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
  • Assists with daily prep
  • Works closely with Chef de Cuisine / Sous Chef to continuously improve operations
  • Assist with inventory and purchases
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $500
