Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fried menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
Operate and maintain fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels for fry station supplies and communicate shortages promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
Handle food with care, adhering to proper storage and handling procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line/fry cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
