We are looking for individuals who can be an integral part of our Banquet Culinary that can help to provide authentic and memorable experiences to our guests and colleagues.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50/hr - $25.00/hr. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly pay rate will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

• In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines.
• 4 years of previous line experience in Banquet capacity.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to take direction for Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Must have availability to work AM, PM shifts and weekends as needed.
