We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to provide exceptional service and craft high-quality beverages in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a direct hire opportunity.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer preference.
Maintain cleanliness andanization of the bar, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
Verify age requirements of customers and refuse service when necessary.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and bar menus.
Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving.
Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is preferred.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, noisy, and social.
May involve standing for extended periods and working late hours.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
