We are looking for a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and weing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
Take customer orders and handle payments accurately using a POS system.
Maintain cleanliness andanization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment.
Educate customers on the menu and make rmendations based on their preferences.
Restock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and friendly service.
Handle customer concerns orplaints professionally and promptly.
Ad to allpany policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Frequent walking, bending, and reaching.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
