A robust and creative menu highlights heirloom ingredients with a modern twist a raw bar, guacamole with king crab, a la carte tacos and shareable plates like Tomahawk Ribeye and Whole Grilled Fish. Bright agave-forward tequila and mezcal cocktails dovetail with interconnected dining rooms, eclectic interiors and legendary south-of-the-border hospitality. Qualified Bussers will have:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in busy Metropolitan restaurant
- Ability to multi-task various floor responsibilities - including table marking, table re-sets & general table maintenance
- Detail orientated work ethics with a focus on cleanliness
- Ability to take direction and react to changing priorities
