Sous Chef

Fresh Ideas has an exciting opportunity for an experienced food service professional to join our team in Peru State College !

As the Sous Chef , you will work closely with the Director of Dining Services and Campus Chef to help manage all foodservice operations & production for a college campus. Applicants should have:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of proven management experience in the foodservice industry
• 1-3 years of catering experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Sound working knowledge of technology
