As the Sous Chef , you will work closely with the Director of Dining Services and Campus Chef to help manage all foodservice operations & production for a college campus. Applicants should have:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven management experience in the foodservice industry
- 1-3 years of catering experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Sound working knowledge of technology
