Corporate Receptionist

Position Summary : The Receptionist will greet and screen visitors and callers. The Receptionist will be the first impression to most of our company. He or she will work with various staff members to set timely and efficient meetings and spaces. He or she will help maintain the workflow of our office. Must be friendly, outgoing and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and screen guests as soon as they arrive at our office.
  • Contact staff members to announce visitors.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, and via phone and email.
  • Schedule conference rooms for meetings and gatherings.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date phone directories.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Pick up lunches each day and any other errands as necessary.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, excellent computer knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate, able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to follow directions, multi-task, and to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
