General Maintenance (Handyman Maintenance Technician)

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to handle both landscape and general maintenance duties for a 3-acre mall property. The ideal candidate lives nearby, has a strong work ethic, and can manage a wide range of maintenance tasks independently.

Handyman Duties
-Removing leaves from gutters and rooftops
-General landscape upkeep
-General Maintenance Duties
-Daily litter/trash pickup
-Changing 5 garbage container bags
-Power washing: walkways, dumpster areas, stairways, and awnings (KEY & EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
-Small painting jobs
-Minor door repairs
-Various other small fixes
-Window washing
-Vacuuming carpeted areas
-Roof Leak maintenance
-Replacing light bulbs

Landscaping Duties
-Lawn mowing
-Trimming bushes
-Pulling weeds
-Maintaining BIRD sprinkler system
-Turning soil
-Occasional planting and hosing

Other Requirements

-Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience
-Must be able to drive
-Living close to the mall is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
-Additional skills are a plus!
