Weekend Maintenance Worker for Private Tennis & Swim Club

Schedule:** Saturdays & Sundays, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

**Overview:**
Belvedere Tennis Club is seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Worker to support our weekend operations. This role is essential to ensuring that our club facilities are clean, safe, and fully prepared for member use each day.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Open club facilities (fitness room, locker rooms, bathrooms); adjust thermostats.
* Uncover and maintain the pool and hot tub: test and log water chemistry, check temperatures, and monitor cleanliness.
* Set up and maintain pool area: clean and align furniture, open umbrellas, and keep surfaces free of debris.
* Clean and restock the coffee station, Grab & Go fridge, and condiments area.
* Maintain tennis courts: clear debris, squeegee water, prepare ball machine on Court 7 by 7:00 AM, and ensure nets are properly set.
* Regularly check and clean locker rooms, bathrooms, water fountains, windows, and the parking lot.
* Perform light landscaping and surface cleaning: power washing and window washing as needed.
* Assist with club event setup and takedown as directed.
* Complete daily checklists and report issues to the Maintenance Director.
* Support special maintenance projects: painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks under supervision.
* Know location and operation of emergency shut-off valves.

**Special Tasks:**

* Assist with special club projects and repairs as needed, including:

* Painting
* Plumbing (copper pipe and fittings soldering)
* Electrical work
* Carpentry
* Other duties as instructed by the Maintenance Director

**Qualifications:**

* Prior maintenance or facility operations experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and complete physical tasks.
* Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and facility systems a plus.
* Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
