-Efficient Station Setup: Organize and fully stock your workstation with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
-Precise Ingredient Preparation: Prepare high-quality ingredients according to established standards, including expert chopping, peeling, slicing of vegetables, and precise butchering of meats.
-Expert Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare, portion, and expertly cook a variety of menu items for all meal periods and special events, adhering to our recipes and quality standards.
-On-Demand Culinary Skills: Execute made-to-order dishes and items requiring quick preparation with speed and accuracy.
-Recipe Adherence and Production Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong ability to accurately follow both basic and complex recipes and understand production guidelines.
-Exceptional Plate Presentation: Ensure every dish is visually appealing and meets our high standards for presentation before service.
-Maintaining a Pristine Kitchen: Uphold a meticulously clean, organized, and sanitized work environment, adhering to all hygiene standards.
-Proper Food Storage: Ensure all food items and other supplies are stored correctly and efficiently, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
-Commitment to Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Extensive Culinary Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen setting is required.
-Stable Work History: Demonstrated history of consistent employment and reliability.
-Commercial Kitchen Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding and safe operation of all standard commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, stovetops, grills, fryers).
-Diverse Cooking Techniques: In-depth knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods, including grilling, baking, frying, sauteing, boiling, and more.
-Impeccable Sanitation Practices: Thorough understanding and strict adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
