We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and food prep areas.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Aid kitchen staff in food preparation when needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
