Job DetailsWe are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a host, you'll greet guests with a smile, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service from the moment guests walk in until they are seated.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive
Manage waitlists and reservations using a booking system (training provided)
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front entrance
Communicate seating needs and table status with the service staff and management
Provide accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Support the overall guest experience with a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
