Line Cook, all BOH

Captain Bill's Restaurant and Catering is looking for experienced banquet cooks and line cooks to join our team. We are a busy waterfront restaurant and are open year round, seven days a week.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience in a professional kitchen
Ability to execute professional cooking and service standards.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays (closed 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)
Ability to accept feedback and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Attention to detail in completing tasks.
Have an upbeat, energetic and have a professional attitude at all times
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
