We're looking for a dynamic, motivated leader to join our team at our beautiful oceanfront restaurant!!

Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Pacific Beach, San Diego
Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do:

Oversee daily operations of our busy front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced coastal environment

Hire, train, and lead a team of dedicated hospitality professionals

Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering

What Were Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience

A natural leader with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills

Proven track record of increasing profitability and guest satisfaction

Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic financials

Passion for hospitality and a calm, professional presence under pressure
