Under the general supervision of the Director of MOTT and the Superintendent, the Custodian performs custodial and maintenance duties; works closely with staff to meet the custodial needs of the area to ensure efficient and safe operations; performs extra maintenance and deep cleaning during school breaks. In addition, the Custodian shall have the ability to read and understand operations manuals; understand and carry out oral and written directions; operate a variety of equipment safely; maintain a cooperative working relationship; meet schedules and time lines as assigned.
