Under the direction of the Supervisor of Buildings, perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities in the maintenance and repair of assigned facilities, utilities and equipment including tasks in carpentry, electrical work, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), construction, plumbing and painting.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: -EdJoin Classified Application -Resume or Summary of Experience -Three (3) Letters of Recommendation District paid medical, dental, and vision prescription plans are provided for employees and dependents.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years performing a variety of maintenance work in one or more of the building maintenance trades. Licenses and other Requirements Valid Forklift Certification. Valid California Class C driver's license.
