Maple Knoll Village a continuing care retirement community located in Cincinnati, OH, is currently seeking a reliable and team oriented fulltime dayshift Housekeeper to join our team! The hours for this position are 730a-330p, Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays. The pay range for this position is $15.00- $17.50 per hour. Pay is based on prior housekeeping experience. We are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

You will be responsible for ensuring that common areas, apartments, and community spaces are consistently clean and well-maintained. Your role is essential in creating a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents.

The ideal candidate will:

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, and activity rooms.
• Clean resident apartments, ensuring a tidy, comfortable, and hygienic living space.
• Perform routine dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch areas regularly.
• Assist with community building activities to ensure a welcoming and clean environment.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including infection control procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Assist residents with minor cleaning requests as needed.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, ex. in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff.
