Cashier/Customer Service Responsibilities and Duties:

Learns restaurant menu items and cashier processes to accurately and quickly process orders for dine-in and drive-thru customers. Energetically, enthusiastically, and professionally communicates with customers, team members and supervisors. Provides excellent customer service and responds to customer concerns timely following protocols to ensure customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining proper stock levels of service materials (paper goods, salsas, etc.) Proper monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms (sweeps, mops, cleans, etc). Position requires speed and attention to detail. Other duties as assigned. Helps maintain high levels of food quality, food safety, customer service and cleanliness standards. Able to lift 20 pounds and work standing for long periods of time. Has a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, works well with others, demonstrates eagerness to learn, reports to work on time, and has reliable transportation.

Starting Pay at $9.50/Hour

Requirements:

No minium education required.

No previous experience required - Employer willing to train.

Food Handler Certification is preferred. If you are not certified, the employer will provide a certification course.
