Position: Dishwasher & Kitchen Sanitation, Dietary AideDepartment: Food and Nutritional Services Schedule: 40 Hours, RotatingPOSITION SUMMARY: Cleans and maintains sanitary conditions in allDietary areas. Assists in the preparation service and storage of food.May assist in catering. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: High school diplomaor high school equivalent preferred. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Ability toread, write, follow oral and written instructions. Ability to workharmoniously with a variety of people.
