The floor plan for each unit is identical having 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms townhouse condo (full basement under the main floor). Based upon my 40 years of experience managing real estate, a single housekeeper should be able to clean each unit within a full 8 to 10 hour day. One of the units has been vacated already. I'm willing to pay a $250 flat rate, you provide your own cleaning supplies and necessary tools (step ladder to clean kitchen cabinets, vacuum cleaner, etc). Electricity is on.
