FTE: 0.500000 Shift: Shift 2 Job Summary: TheEnvironmental Services discharge cleaning staff member providesdischarge cleaning of in-patient rooms according to hospital cleaningprotocol. Environmental Services staff are responsible for providing asafe and clean environment at all times while observing safe practices,infection control measures, customer service standards and departmentalpolicies as listed, but not limited to this job description. Otherduties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year cleaningor relevant experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High Schooldiploma or equivalent is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Requiresability to read, write or understand English language, and communicateeffectively with patients, visitors and staff while performinghousekeeping duties.
