IHSS: Housekeeper needed

IHSS: Housekeeper needed (Sawtelle) barrington near olympic compensation: IHSS Union set the rate at $18.50. I do not set the rate. Seeking a fit, talented, detailed housekeeper, who enjoys housekeeping, accountably follows directions, and communicates clearly. I'm delegating work that I cannot safely do myself, due to physical disabilities. I'm only delegating practical tasks, no executive tasks, and no personal care. Housekeeping is the most vital thing that I must delegate, and it requires the least input on my part. Housekeeping is the only type of work required. I will be home, doing other things, while the work is done independently. I live in a 1-bedroom apartment. BTW, my home is not gross. I need to delegate to someone that will get it spotless and keep it that way. Must be soft spoken, unintrusive, focused, conscientious, courteous, discreet, and respect my privacy, confidentiality, autonomy, and time. Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays, and hopefully holidays. If you have limited availability, that's OK. I can hire an additional person, if needed. If a provider is successful on weekends, and asks for additional work during the week, I would gladly consider that. I have up to 96 hours per month. I prioritize weekends. Dress code: clean, neat, practical, and odorless, no scrubs, perfume, or acrylic nails.
