We're looking for a Temporary Cleaner to complete thorough cleanings of vacant rental units across the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls area. Join a team that values hard work and precision during the busy rental turnover season. What You'll Do: Perform complete, detailed cleanings of rental units between tenants Follow property-specific checklists to ensure consistent quality Identify and report damages or maintenance issues Work independently across 33-35 units , managing your time effectively What We're Looking For: Someone who is intrinsically motivated , dependable, and hard-working A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision Comfortable with physical tasks : standing, lifting, crouching, bending, and repeated arm movements (such as scrubbing) Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
