Join Our Opening Team at BRBQ Jersey City!Were excited to introduce BRBQ Jersey City a bold new restaurant concept blending the flavor of wood-fired barbecue with a modern, elevated dining experience. Located in the heart of Journal Square, BRBQ will offer craft cocktails, refined service, and a vibrant atmosphere inspired by both tradition and innovation.
As we prepare for our grand opening, were looking for passionate Bartenders , Servers , and Hosts/Hostesses to join our opening team and bring our vision to life.
What Were Looking For: Bartender2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, full-service or upscale bar/restaurant
Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest engagement skills
Experience with bar prep, inventory, and cleanliness standards
2+ years serving in high-volume or elevated dining settings
Ability to guide guests through the menu and deliver polished, personable service
Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
Warm, professional demeanor and ability to manage reservations/waitlist
Comfortable using reservation platforms (Resy/OpenTable, etc.)
Strong organizational and people skills
