About Our Executive Chef:
Our culinary program at Turks Head Wines is rooted in the wines we craft thoughtful, expressive, and designed to be shared. Executive Chef Nan brings that same philosophy to the kitchen, creating seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes that complement and elevate our wines.
Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Nan, whose career spans some of the countrys top culinary destinations. Hes trained at The Little Nell in Aspen (a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond property), cooked under Louis Tikaram at E.P. & L.P. in LA, and worked at Bosq in Aspen, known for its hyper-local, foraged cuisine. Nan has also served as Chef de Cuisine at The Monarch steakhouse and contributed to the celebrated tasting menus at Corvino Supper Club & Tasting Room in Kansas City.
