Cafua Management Company LLC dba Dunkin Donuts seeks 22 Temporary, full-time Restaurant Crew Members in South Portland, Maine from 6/22/2025 12/31/2025 to provide services directly to clients at the counter of the restaurant. Responsible for fulfilling guest orders. Restaurant Crew Members prepare a variety of hot beverages (such as coffee and tea), cold beverages (such as frozen hot chocolate and frozen coffee), bagels, donuts, and other prepared food items like sandwiches, wraps, and hash browns. To prepare the items, Restaurant Crew Members use a variety of commercial restaurant equipment such as deep fryers, blenders, ovens, coffee brewers, knives, and cutting boards. Restaurant Crew Members will follow standard Dunkin Brands recipes to mix the correct amounts of ingredients for brewed drinks, cook all food items using deep fryers and ovens as necessary, and assemble food items such as sandwiches according to the ingredients detailed in each.

Restaurant Crew Members will also maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests. Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Must have basic computer skills to operate the point-of-sale system. Must be capable of counting money and making change. Must be 18 years of older to operate restaurant equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Worksites: 617 Broadway, Portland S, ME 04106; 325 Gorham Rd., Portland S, ME 04106; 505 Main Street, Saco, ME 04072; 290 Payne Rd, Scarborough, ME 04074; 14 Ocean Park Rd., Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. Must have open availability Sunday - Saturday, shifts of 8 hours per day, between the hours of operation of 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. Workdays will vary from week to week with 2 days off weekly. May be required to work weekends and overtime. Paid bi-weekly, wages calculated each workweek. Workers will be paid no less than $17.69/hour. Overtime will be no less than $26.54/hour.

Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. All deductions will be FLSA-compliant. On-the-job training provided. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport expenses and other charges that primarily benefit the worker). Transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Daily subsistence will be at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. The reimbursement may be provided by separate check. Employer will provide return transportation and daily subsistence if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
